EVERFORT is a brand of Freitas Vital Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information geteverfort.com collects and how we use it. Questions go to support@geteverfort.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you choose to join our launch list.
- Technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this data.
- Anonymous, aggregate visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number or payment details. Purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy notice.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send news about the EVERFORT launch and our products. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with others for their marketing.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site, keeps it secure and stores the launch list. Beehiiv delivers our emails once we start sending. They process data on our behalf and only to provide these services.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also write to support@geteverfort.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we honor those requests through the same address.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
